As I am off to the home of the brilliant comedy series Gavin & Stacey I thought I would spin the DVD this week to catch up and get me in the mood, or rather take my mind off the 14 hours of cycling !!

Gavin &Stacey fact of the day...

It is almost exactly the same distance to cycle from Barry to Talacre in North Wales as it is to cycle from Barry Island, (the home of Stacey) to Billericay in Essex (the home of Gavin).
